Paid per delivery, tips in full

Each completed delivery credits your Zapp wallet. Zapp keeps a small service fee on the delivery price. Tips from senders are yours, 100%.

Cash out to bank or mobile money

Transfer your balance to any Ghanaian bank account or to MTN, Vodafone or AirtelTigo mobile money from inside the app.

Car, pickup truck or motorbike

What you need

✓A smartphone (Android or iPhone) with mobile data
✓Your Ghana Card, and a clear photo of it
✓A selfie taken in the app, matched against your Ghana Card
✓Your home address in Ghana
✓A car, pickup truck or motorbike
✓A bank account or mobile money number to receive payouts

How to get started

Install Zapp Driver and sign up
Create your account with your phone number or email. The sign-up walks you through personal details, your Ghana Card photo, a selfie and your vehicle.

We review your application
The Zapp team checks your details. You'll get a notification in the app when you're approved, or a note on what to fix if we couldn't approve it as submitted.

Add a payout method
Save a bank account or mobile money number so cash-outs go straight to you.

Start taking gigs
Go online, request deliveries near you, and follow the in-app route to each pickup and drop-off. Photograph each handover and you're paid.
